Agencies optimize ROAS. We optimize real profit.
We configure Google Ads to optimize campaigns on real margin, not just revenue.
The conversion value sent to Google is calculated from the order's revenue, minus the cost of goods and the cost of shipping. Refused or returned orders are corrected automatically, so the algorithm works with data as close as possible to the real financial outcome.
Everything is calculated from actual orders and presented in a continuously updated report you can check at any time.
Google optimizes campaigns on the margin each order generates, not just on the value of sales.
We send Google Ads the real economic value of each conversion, so the algorithm can favor the products and orders that contribute most to the profitability of the business.
POAS, not just ROAS
We send Google Ads each order's contribution margin — revenue minus product cost and shipping cost — instead of the gross sale value.
Smart Bidding strategies then optimize campaigns on the economic value of orders, not just on the revenue they generate. High-volume, low-margin products are no longer automatically treated as the most valuable ones.
A high ROAS doesn't necessarily mean a profitable campaign. What matters is how much stays in the company after direct costs.
Cash-on-delivery (ramburs) correction
Refusal rates are analyzed both per county and per delivery method — locker (easybox) or courier to the door — using the real data from your orders, not general estimates.
Conversions tied to refused orders are retracted automatically, so Smart Bidding never optimizes campaigns on sales that were never completed.
A capability unique on the Romanian market.
Hero / Waster / Zombie
Every product is classified by its real profitability: performers are scaled, products that burn budget with no results are isolated, and those with no potential are excluded from promotion priorities.
The labels are pushed automatically into the Google Shopping feed, so campaign structure reflects this classification without manual intervention.
A measurement infrastructure built to stay reliable even under the constraints imposed by iOS, Safari and ad blockers.
Server-side conversions
Every order is sent directly to Google Ads via API, independently of the browser.
This typically recovers 15–30% of the conversions that go unrecorded because of ad blockers, Safari or other tracking limitations.
Enhanced Conversions
Identifiers are secured through hashing and transmitted only on the basis of the user's consent.
The result: better match rates and more complete measurement, with no personal data stored in unprotected form.
Consent Mode V2
A fail-closed configuration, adapted to the requirements of the European Economic Area, complemented by continuous monitoring of the consent rate.
If a consent-banner error affects data collection, we identify it quickly — before the problem shows up in reports and campaign performance.
Full-funnel and cart-level analysis
We follow the customer's entire journey — calls, forms, cart and checkout — to identify exactly where potential buyers are being lost.
Every sale is flagged by customer type, new or returning, and cart-level data makes it possible to calculate profitability for every SKU.
24/7 supervision and alerts for critical incidents, delivered in under 30 minutes.
Abnormal-spend control
If spend runs significantly above average without generating conversions, the system sends an alert immediately.
You can step in before a tracking or performance problem consumes the entire day's budget.
Unexpected-stop detection
If ads stop running because of an account suspension, an expired payment method or a paused campaign, you receive an alert within minutes.
We know delivery has stopped right away, not at the next performance report.
Tracking drift
If discrepancies appear between the conversions reported by Google Ads and the data sent by the site, the system flags the problem immediately.
Periods with compromised measurement are excluded from the data used for optimization, so Smart Bidding never makes decisions based on incomplete or faulty information.
Spend-pacing monitoring
We continuously track spend against the monthly budget and flag both the risk of overspending and budget under-utilization early.
The investment stays under control, with no unexpected deviations at the end of the month.
Every change is visible, documented and reversible.
One-click undo
Every change we make is logged together with a rollback option. If the result isn't what you wanted, the change can be reverted immediately, with no manual work and no lost time.
A capability rarely found in the management tools available on the market.
Live report, accessible by link
A report updated in real time that you can open on any device and share instantly with your accountant, business partner or any collaborator — no account, no login.
You see today's data, not a PDF that's a month behind.
Role-based access
Every user gets their own account and sees only the information relevant to their role — staff, manager or client.
You can give a freelancer access to a single store without exposing the rest of the account or other clients' data.
Dashboard right in WordPress
Performance, alerts and recommendations are available directly in wp-admin, and tracking is configured from the same platform — no separate tools and no unnecessary technical steps.
A unified experience, built for simpler, faster and more transparent management.
Our own platform, hosted in the European Union. Data is processed in a platform we developed ourselves and host in the EU. Identifiers are stored exclusively in hashed form, and the tooling needed to erase data under GDPR is included.
Three clear stages, each built on the last. We start with accurate measurement, then expand our interventions based on real data.
Accurate measurement
For stores that manage their campaigns in-house but lack a complete picture of performance.
We implement server-side tracking, real-margin calculation with automatic adjustment for refused COD orders, continuous Google Shopping feed sync with WooCommerce, a dashboard right in wp-admin and automated monthly reporting.
Active optimization
Everything in the START package, plus weekly interventions by a specialist based on the data the platform generates: negative keywords, bidding targets and budget adjustments. Every change is logged and can be undone.
We cut unproductive spend, test ads statistically and pause underperforming variants only once results reach a confidence level of at least 95%. We set up Customer Match audiences and plan campaigns around seasonality.
Full-funnel optimization
Everything in the GROW package, plus an integrated growth strategy: we coordinate paid campaigns with organic visibility, so budget isn't wasted on searches where the site already holds very strong positions.
You receive a monthly strategic brief, constant monitoring of the Google Merchant Center feed and a quarterly review based on margin and profitability, not vanity metrics.
Quick connection and working measurement in about 15 minutes.
Access by email
We add your email address, and you sign in with your own Google account.
No shared passwords and no shared access to accounts.
Connect
You connect your accounts in a single click. Google Ads, GA4 and Search Console are identified automatically, and the store's dashboard is configured from the available data.
Plugin activation
You generate the key in a single click, paste it into WordPress and verify the connection with an automated test.
That's it.
Everything is ready
Tracking, the product feed, margin measurement and audiences are configured automatically.
As data starts flowing in, the setup assistant confirms each step with clear status indicators.
Frequently asked questions
Clear answers to the most important questions about implementation, how it works and how we collaborate.
Why POAS and not just ROAS?
ROAS measures revenue generated relative to advertising budget, without accounting for margin differences between products. A sale at a 5% margin can look just as valuable as one at 45%.
POAS brings into the optimization the value that matters to the business: what remains after product and shipping costs. Campaigns and budgets can then be steered toward the products that genuinely contribute to profitability.
Do I remain the owner of the Google Ads account?
Yes. The account, the payment method, the data and the campaign history remain entirely yours.
We only receive manager access, and every intervention is visible in the change history and additionally recorded in our own audit system, with the option to roll back.
When the collaboration ends, you keep everything: the account, the data, the history and the configurations we built.
Can I see — and undo — the changes you make?
Yes. Every change is recorded together with its author, date, reason and an undo option.
The live report shows you at any moment what changed and why, and the Google Ads history is correlated with the performance charts so you can clearly see the impact of each intervention.
What happens to my customers' data?
The platform is hosted in the European Union, on our own infrastructure. Identifiers are transmitted exclusively in hashed form and only on the basis of consent, through a fail-closed Consent Mode V2 configuration.
We store no personal data in the clear, and the platform includes the tooling needed to process erasure requests made under GDPR.
Start with accurate measurement
Your first real data on margin and profitability appears in about 15 minutes.
Once the numbers reflect reality, the next decisions become clearer: what's worth scaling, where budget is being lost and what to optimize first.
