Every vehicle gets a thermal ticket with a unique number, the service, the price and the time of registration. The site can operate fully offline, while the central platform syncs prices, users and ticket history across all locations.

Registering the vehicle
The operator looks the client up by license plate. For a new client, the plate and vehicle type are registered in seconds, from a phone, tablet or computer.
The interface is in Romanian and automatically adapts to any screen.
Selecting the service
The price is calculated automatically from the matrix of vehicle type × chosen operation. An SUV with an interior cleaning service, for example, gets the centrally set rate for that combination.
Prices are applied consistently across all locations, with no manual calculations and no differing interpretations between operators.
Issuing and printing the ticket
With a single tap, the system creates the ticket and sends it to the Zebra printer on the local network.
The ticket includes the unique ID, license plate, vehicle type, service, price and time of issue. Failed print jobs are retried automatically up to three times, and any ticket can be reprinted later.
Tracking the job
Every ticket is assigned to a worker and moves through a clear status flow: Issued → In progress → Complete.
Each employee sees the jobs assigned to them, and all changes are synced automatically to the central records whenever a connection is available.
The internet connection can drop. The carwash keeps working.
Operational data stays on site
Each carwash runs on a local database, installed on a dedicated device. Tickets, clients, prices and printing work entirely without internet.
Operations at the gate continue without interruption, whatever the state of the connection.
Automatic bi-directional sync
Every five minutes, or at the configured interval, new tickets and clients are sent to the central platform, while statuses, users and price lists are updated locally.
If the link drops, sync resumes automatically as soon as the internet returns. Every run is logged, with its full result.
Central administration
Prices, users and operational rules are managed once, from the central platform.
Changes are distributed automatically to all locations and applied locally, with no repeated configuration.
Ready for multiple locations
Each site has its own access token and its own sync journal.
Opening a new location takes only a dedicated device and access configuration. The data then flows automatically into the same central account.
Health monitoring for every location
For each site you see the last sync, the number of records sent and received, and any errors.
Connectivity problems, unavailable devices or printers that stop responding are identified quickly, without manual checks.
Simple, reliable hardware
Each location needs one compact device and one networked Zebra thermal printer.
Services are monitored and restarted automatically, and local backups run periodically, with configurable retention.

What happens if the internet connection goes down?
The carwash carries on without interruption. Tickets, printing, client data and rates are available locally and don't depend on the internet connection.
When the connection returns, sync resumes automatically, and everything done in the meantime is sent to the central platform.
Can I manage multiple locations?
Yes. The system is designed to run multiple locations from a single central account.
Each site has its own secure access, and prices, users, clients and tickets are synced automatically. For every location you can see its system health and sync history separately.
What hardware do I need?
Each location needs one compact, Raspberry Pi-class device and one Zebra thermal printer connected to the local network.
We deliver the equipment configured and ready to use. Once connected to power and the network, the system can go live the same day.
Does staff need training?
Yes, but the flow is simple and easy to learn: the operator looks up the license plate, selects the service and prints the ticket.
Training is included in the installation process and can be completed within a single shift. Role-based access lets each employee see only the information and functions they need.
